This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and M&L Holdings LLC, dba The Window Source of Tri-Cities regarding the texting service. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The Window Source of The Tri-Cities SMS Program

1. Our messaging program provides updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers related to window services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
